How does it work?
- Initial Contact – Reach out to us via our contact form or email with your request. Let us know the location and any special wishes for the ash scattering.
- Assessment & Pricing – We review the request, check legal requirements, and provide an initial price estimate based on location, permits, and logistics. this is all free of charge nothing is binding at this point and you can chose to not work with us. Due to working internationally we like to do this via Microsoft teams or other video calling services.
- Feasibility Check – We confirm whether the ash scattering is possible, considering regulations, weather, and accessibility.
- Client Approval & Payment – If you agree with the plan and pricing,(we work with a fixed day rate. often the initial indication price is the final price. it might differ slightly based on for instance dates that might have changes and thus ticket prices can be more or less costly. payment is made to proceed with preparations. all payments are made before we visit the locations. we do however garantee succes in writing.
- Execution & Documentation – We carry out the scattering professionally and document the process with high-quality photos and video. this can include travel friendly urns if not provided by client.
- Delivery of Visual Tribute – You receive a carefully edited video and photos, ensuring you can witness and cherish the final journey, even from afar. We film with multiple camera’s to ensure no lost videos due to camera failure.
