How does it work?

  • Initial Contact – Reach out to us via our contact form or email with your request. Let us know the location and any special wishes for the ash scattering.
  • Assessment & Pricing – We review the request, check legal requirements, and provide an initial price estimate based on location, permits, and logistics. This is all free of charge nothing is binding at this point and you can chose to not work with us. Due to our international operations, we prefer to schedule meetings via Microsoft Teams or other video calling services
  • Feasibility Check – We confirm whether the ash scattering is possible, considering regulations, weather, and accessibility.(it often is)
  • Client Approval & Payment – If you agree with the plan and pricing (we work with a fixed daily rate), the initial estimated price is often the final price. However, it may vary slightly due to factors such as changes in dates affecting travel costs. Payment is required to proceed with preparations, and all payments must be made before we visit the location. We do, however, guarantee success in writing.
  • Execution & Documentation –We carry out the scattering with professionalism and document the process using high-quality photos and video. If the client does not provide an urn, we can supply a travel-friendly option at no extra cost, as it is included in the pre-disclosed price.
  • Delivery of Visual Tribute – You will receive a carefully edited video and photos, allowing you to witness and cherish the final journey, even from a distance. We use multiple cameras and drones to ensure no footage is lost due to camera failure
